At Happy Pet, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Here's what you need to know about our delivery services:
Free Delivery on Orders over £30
For orders under £30, a flat delivery fee of just £4.99 applies.
Fast Dispatch
We work hard to ensure your order is dispatched quickly:
Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Please note: Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In order to do our bit to save the planet, you may not receive a receipt, but you will receive a Delivery Note with your order. If you wish to have a receipt sent to you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We do everything we can to meet this delivery schedule. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery
Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom through the website. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are not at home when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We will undertake every measure to ensure goods are delivered within the timescales stated. We aim to supply all goods in good condition and suitable for consumption. We will take no responsibility for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or use otherwise than as instructed. If the goods supplied are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.
If you have any complaint about the goods, you should notify us via email, or contact us via social media as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered the defect or complaint. We will endeavor to rectify any complaint to the best of our ability.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original conditions, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive your request, we will be in touch to organise returning of the item. Returns are free of charge.
